Rabbit Vets and Hospitals
Finding a rabbit-savvy veterinarian in the Philippines could prove to be difficult. For the past decade of being rabbit and guinea pig parents, we’ve come to trust these vet hospitals and doctors when it comes to our little ones.
VETS IN PRACTICE ANIMAL HOSPITAL (VIP)
VIP caters to dogs, cats, small animals and other exotic animals. Their services range from diagnostic services to surgery. Their main branch was in Mandaluyong where we got our rabbits spayed and neutered. But they have a new branch in Fort where major procedures and surgeries are done.
Their rabbit expert, Doctor Nielsen Donato, was the one who operated on all our rabbits. If you’re thinking about getting your rabbit spayed or neutered, we highly recommend him. Another doctor that we recommend is Doctor Siday Peñaranda, who is the head veterinarian of their Quezon City branch. If you think your rabbit needs medical attention, it’s best to consult them. But remember, it’s best to call beforehand to check if they're in.

ANIMAL CARE SPECIALISTS
VIP also has a clinic in Tiendesitas in Pasig City, named Animal Care Specialists, where we also frequent for minor check ups. Their Chief Veterinarian, Doctor Siday Peñaranda, is also knowledgeable when it comes to rabbits and has been one of our trusted vets over the years.

Located in E. Rodriguez, Quezon City, MEVC is also one of the vets known to care for exotic animals. We've met their Head Veterinarian, Doctor Lester Lopez, who is our go-to doctor for our guinea pigs and rabbits routine check ups.
DOC FERDS ANIMAL WELLNESS CENTER
Also a known doctor for rabbits and guinea pigs, Doctor Ferds Recio has also checked up on our furbabies. Their branches are located in UP Town Center, Timog Avenue, and in EDSA Congressional.
