Same Day Order FAQs

Our physical store is open for same day order and pick up from Mondays to Fridays, 9:00am until 4:00pm. To check delivery fee, you may input "RABBITO" in the pick up pin location in your app.

As of the moment, all pick ups are booked by the customer and will be paid by the customer to the rider. This is to avoid issues with bookings and deliveries.

How do I place an order?

You can place your order via our Website Shop and select PICK UP as your delivery option. You may also message us directly at our Facebook Page or our Instagram account to place your order.

We will send you an email and SMS when your order is ready for pick up, along with the specific details for the booking.

What is your cut off for same day orders?

Cut off for both order and payment for same day pick up is at 3:00pm.

Can you book the pick up for me?

All pick ups are to be booked by the customer and will be paid by the customer to the rider. This is to avoid issues with bookings and deliveries.
