How to order?

View our products, add to your cart, then check out. You can also visit our Shopee store or Lazada shop to place an order. Or you can send us a message through our viber hotline 0917-154-5905, FB messenger or send us an e-mail at hello@rabbitomart.com to place your order.

How do I pay?

We accept payments via Paypal and through BDO and BPI bank deposits.

We also accept COD transactions via Shopee and Lazada.

How do I get my items?

After payment has been made, please allot 24 hours for proper packing of your items prior to delivery.

We ship nationwide via Ninja Van. Please expect deliveries within 3-5 days within Metro Manila, and 3-10 days for provincial orders. 

For deliveries within Metro Manila, shipping starts at P80. For Greater Manila (Bulacan, Cavite, Rizal and Laguna), shipping starts at P140. For provincial orders, shipping starts at P180.

Do you offer same day order and pick up?

Yes, our physical store is open for same day order and pick up from Mondays to Fridays, 11:00am until 4:00pm. You can place your order via our Website Shop and select PICK UP as your delivery option. You may also message us directly at our Facebook Page to place your order. Cut off for order and payment for same day pick up is at 3:00pm.

Can I return or exchange my item?

If you are not satisfied with the quality of a product, please send us an email. Kindly expect a response from us within 48 hours. Kindly include photos, if applicable, so we may review your issue properly.

If the quality of a product is highly unacceptable and we are at fault, we will send a replacement for the damaged item. In case item is already unavailable, we will issue you a refund. Please ensure to report all issues within 7 days of placing your order.
